Indonesia Java Biocolloid Group was founded in 1969 to focus on the development of food and pharmaceutical grade red seaweed extracts and industrially produced food stabilizer formulations. The production base is located in eastern Indonesia. The area is rich in fresh water resources, which is a strategic advantage for the production of hydrocolloids that use seaweed as a raw material. JB's agar series of raw materials are all from Indonesia's local non-GMO seaweed, and all seaweed harvests are completed in designated areas to avoid damage to the local ecological environment. The fine agar produced by the patented production process has good water retention and ductility, and can provide a good creamy feeling for the fermented dairy products and enhance the release of the aroma of the product.
