CSL has been carefully developed for more than ten years, and the CIPLM, a bio-protective strain for fermented milk, has been screened from thousands of strains. CIPLM effectively inhibits the growth of mold and yeast by secreting bacteriostatic metabolites and competing growth, ensuring product stability during shelf life and maintaining a good flavor texture. The bio-protective strain and the fermenting strain can be used at the same time, without additional process support, and the operation is simple. The addition of CSL bioprotective strains ensures that the product is fresh and does not affect the final product aroma, taste and post-acidity, and maximizes the shelf life of the product.
